Space, made properly.
We design and build extensions, loft conversions and renovations. You get one team, one fixed price and the same people on site from the first visit to the final snag — no chasing three different trades.
- Fixed, itemised quotes
- Building control arranged
- Builders and carpenters in-house
One fixed price
An itemised quote with labour and materials set out, and a clear list of what's in and what isn't.
One team on site
Our own builders and carpenters, so the job doesn't stall waiting for the next trade to turn up.
Paperwork handled
Drawings, approvals and building control inspections organised as part of the job.
More room, without moving house.
We stick to three kinds of work and do them well.
Single and two-storey extensions
Kitchen-diners, family rooms, a bigger lounge or a bedroom over the top. Rear, side or wrap-around — we take it from the drawings and approvals through the foundations, the roof and the kitchen to the last coat of paint.
- Kitchen-diner extensions
- Side return and wrap-around
- Two-storey extensions
- Roof lanterns and bi-folds
Lofts turned into proper rooms
Plenty of houses have a spare bedroom's worth of space sitting in the roof. On the first visit we'll tell you what yours can take — rear dormer, hip-to-gable or rooflights — then build it, stairs, insulation and en-suite included.
- Rear dormers
- Hip-to-gable
- Rooflight conversions
- New stairs and en-suites
Knock-throughs and full renovations
Opening up the ground floor, moving a kitchen, or bringing a tired house up to date. We do the structural work, the carpentry and the finishing, so you're not left juggling builders, joiners and plasterers.
- Knock-throughs with new steels
- Re-planned layouts
- Kitchens and joinery
- Plastering and finishing
The people who quote it build it.
Our own builders and carpenters run every job, from the first visit to handover. You deal with the same three people throughout.

Questions people ask us.
Do I need planning permission?
Not always. Many extensions and loft conversions can be built under permitted development, but it depends on the house and the design. We'll check on the first visit and sort out any applications you need.
Do you deal with building control?
Yes. We build to the approved drawings and the Building Regulations, and arrange the inspections as the job goes on, so you get your completion certificate at the end.
Can we stay in the house while you work?
Usually, yes. Most of a loft conversion or extension is built from outside or behind protection. We'll plan the messy parts — like opening into the house — so they cause as little disruption as possible.
How does payment work?
A deposit when you accept the quote, then stage payments as each part of the work is finished, and the balance at handover. It's all set out in the quote before you sign anything.
What if something unexpected turns up?
We stop, show you, and agree any extra cost in writing before carrying on. Nothing gets added to the bill without you knowing.
